Our clinicians periodically change PEG (G tubes) on our patients. There is no imaging assistance. They simply deflate the cuff, remove the old tube percutaneously, insert a new tube and inflate the cuff. I can't find the code that accurately represents this procedure. Can anyone offer some advice?

Thanks
