Peg tube removal in office

What is the correct way to code PEG tube removal done in the office with an EGD. Is it 43247,EGD with removal of foreign body,with icd-9 codes 935.2(foreign body in stomach),and V55.1,(attention to gastrostomy)? or 43870, closure of gastrostomy, surgical..I guess surgical wouldn't work, since it is EGD? or what? I used 43246 in July to code the insertion..Thanks for your help.
