I know we can use 43760 for replacing a PEG tube. But as this was done endoscopically, do we also bill 43235?

If the doctor replaced the tube under endoscopic guidance you would use the 43246. If the doctor just changed the PEG tube via percutaneous approach you would code the
43760.
