When internal medicine doctor did Pelvic & Breast exam, we used code G0101 in medicare. But it was denied.

Please let me know other code for using.
 
Why was it denied? If the denial was for medical necessity, then you need to look at the dx code. Frequency is also a factor - MCR covers this code once every 24 months for healthy patients and once every 12 months for high-risk patients.
