hello,
just want to confirm when pelvic washings happen during lapro bso that i shouldn't charge for them because that's part of 49320 which is diagnostic which of course we know is always included. She has no malignancy, done for prophylactic reasons

Yes, pelvic washings would bundle into the primary procedure. You cannot even a modifier (and it's likely not appropriate here anyway) to break the bundle between 58661 & 49320.
