Example 1--- Dr. A orders Lupron for patient at Spring on Thursday. Patient returns to Clinic the following Thursday when Dr A is there supervising, receives Lupron shot. Services are billed under Dr. A

Example 2—Dr. A orders Lupron for patient at Spring on Thursday. Patient returns to Clinic on a Tuesday when Dr. B is there and receives Lupron shot. Since Dr. B is the supervising physician, he would bill for the charges.
Example 3—Dr. A orders Lupron for patient on Tuesday. Patient returns to clinic on Friday when no Urologist is present to receive Lupron shot. These services would need to be billed under whomever is the supervising physician of the caregiver administering the Lupron at Spring on that day, for instance, Dr. C
