Wiki Percutaneous Acquired VSD closure with amplatzer occluder

Does anyone have suggestions for the appropriate code to use for percutaneous repair of an acquired VSD? We will be using an Amplatzer Muscular VSD PI occluder. The codes I am finding do not seem to fit as 93581 is for a congenital repair, and 33681 is an open procedure.
