Can someone help me find the correct code for percutaneous arteriotomy repair? And do you know if this can be paid along with a left and right heart cath? 93460?

was the arteriotomy caused during the heart cath? if so, the physician should not bill for repairing an injury caused during a procedure.

No, he did not repair because of injury that happened during the procedure.

"Following left ventricular angiography, Angio-Seal VIP was used to perform percutaneous arteriotomy repair."
