In need of guidance
Physician performed percutaneous pedicle screws & rods for T6 Chance fracture spanning levels T3- T9 skipping T 6 for the fracture
there was autograft & allograft used at these levels
In the past when no grafting was used I would use px 22899 and would compare it to px 22840. but since grating material was used. I'm not sure how to code this.
I saw where a similiar question was asked last year, but it was not answered.
Hoping someone can help :)
