If the physician only perfomed REST Portion of Cardiolite stress test, can you still bill fthe 93015? Would you have to use a reduced services modifier?
 
When you refer to the "rest" portion I think Nuc, so, was a Nuclear study performed? If so, and only the rest portion was performed, check 78451 - look at your report and see if this matches what was done.
