Are there any other codes a certified cardiac perfusionist would use for "stand by" services during a TAVR procedure besides 99360? Is there a difference in codes for billing for a CABG that is "on-pump" -vs- "off-pump"?? Anyone who has any experience billing for cardiac perfusion services I would really appreciate your info!
