On the fence about this one. No one code seems to fit. Here's a copy of the operative report.

Patient had several papule-type masses that were quite hard in his perianal area. One of these was removed using scissors and its base fulgurated. In addition, a full thickness wedge biopsy was taken from the area of maximal hardness around the anus using a 15-blade and Metzenbaum scissors. This wound was closed using two 2-0 chromic sutures. The area was irrigated and hemostasis was ensured.......

The pathology was adenocarcinoma of colorectal origin.
