Hello! Are any of your clinicians billing for PPCP-Perinatal Parent Child Psychotherapy? This is a trauma-informed treatment for children ages birth to five years and their parents/caregivers. CPP goals are to ease the burden of parental traumatic experiences, help prevent the intergenerational transmission of trauma, and to promote positive attachment. I'd like to see if other teams are billing under the parent or the child and when they are determining that the billing changes from parent to child.
