Hello,

I am very new to vascular coding and am having difficulty coding the attached report. I would very much appreciate any feedback.
I am unsure if we can bill for two endarterectomies since two incisions were made or just one (35302 and 35303). Also are the angioplasties and stents in the case included in the endarterectomy.
