I have an access point of the left popliteal, the physician advanced and selectively engaged the right common femoral, would that be selectively engaging a 4th order? Or would it simply be the 3rd order and that is all? What CPT code would I be able to use?
99.9 % of the time the access point is either the right or left femoral artery, this one is making me draw a blank.
