Is the imaging bundled into the intervention code? For instance, they do a left lower ext angiogram and then decide to atherectomy and stent of the popliteal. Would I still code the 75710 in addition to the intervention or is this included in the new intervention code?

I would say you still report the 75710 separately if it truly was diagnostic.

I think the new intervention codes just include the intervention itself and the s/i that goes along with that specific intervention.

You would still code the other stuff separately.

the new intervention codes for the peripherals include both the catheter placement and S&I. If the angio is done during the same procedure and is not diagnostic, it is also included.
