WE REMOVED THE PREVIOUS DRAINAGE TUBES FroM THE CAVITY,OPENING IN LLQ, THIS WAS IRRIGATED WITH PRESSURE IRRIGATOR UNTIL CLEAR. WE THEN PLACED A #40 CEST TUBE WITHA RED RUBBER CATHETER USED AS A VENT DRAIN AND SUTURED INTO PLACE. I AM UNSURE HOW TO REPORT THIS
