Hello - Does anyone know what CPT to bill for the physician piece of Peritoneal Dialysis (home Dialysis). Our DCI clinic is not credentialed for our physician to see peritoneal patients at the DCI clinic so he evaluates them in his office. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
