Good morning,

Doesn't anyone know if periurethral laceration repair during vaginal delivery is billable? If yes, can you please provide me with your reference.

This is different location than a 3rd or 4th degree laceration repair.
Periurethral lacerations are anterior tears while a third degree laceration tear posteriorly. This is two different tears that involve two different structures (one in front and one in back of the vagina).
