If a mohs surgeon sends part of the tissue to our "in house derm path" to perform permanent section reading to r/o perineural invasion, would the derm path charge 88305 or the second opinion (consultation of slides code).
See AAD article on this, but I am still unclear of which code the dermpath would use for their work
