I'm trying to get codes preauthorized for an upcoming surgery.

The doctor plans on performing the following surgeries:

Dwyer Calcaneal Osteotomy:28300
Modified Brostrom Ankle Stabilization:27698
Peroneal Tenosynovectomy:?

The best I can come up with is 27680 for the tenosynovectomy. I also thought it could be included in the other procedures.
Thoughts?
