Wiki Peroneal Tubercle Excision CPT

I am looking for a CPT code for the peroneal tubercle debridement. The provider chose 28200 but this code is for repair of tendon. Since the peroneal tubercle is a bony projection on the wall of the calcaneus, I was looking at 28118, but this code states for use when there is an infection or necrosis of the bone.

Has anyone come across this before? What CPT should be used?

Did you consider this? 28100
28118 is heel/Haglund's not for the tubercle. Can't use 28119 either.
There may be CPT Assistant articles you can check about it.
