Could someone please help me figure out how to code sequela of left temporal lobe removal?
It specifically states personality and cognitive change secondary to removal of left temporal lobe.
I can do the f07.0 but I am not sure how to code the sequela fo left temporal lobe removal or lobectomy.
It does state he has an organic brain disorder with resulting personality changes.
