This is the first time I hear about this syndrome. I cannot find it in the ICD-9, and not even the DSM has an entry for “Pervasive Refusal Syndrome”. Can someone help?
 
Pervasive refusal syndrome being a psychiatric disorder (commonly among children), you can code 300.9 as psychiatric disorder NEC.
