The patient is 85 year old female who presents with pessary check

when can provider bill with EM level for checks and when can he bill with Insertion code when pt coming in for pessary check
 
I'm not sure I fully understand your question.

There are no global periods for an insertion, so your provider can code for the checks anytime.

I don't understand your other statement. The patient is coming in for a check but getting an insertion at the same time? Is there an impaction? Is the provider removing and then reinserting?

If the provider is removing, cleaning and doing a reinsert, thats 99211-99215.

If the provider is removing and inserting a brand new pessary, you can code the 57160 and the E&M code.
