Wiki Pessary insertion

Pt. came in 2 weeks ago complaining of discharge/odor. Per Dr's recommendations, she removed the pessary and gave it to the pt. Results were positive for an infection and pt. is now returning for insertion. My question is, do I bill a low office visit or no charge?

I would bill an office visit. 57160 is typically used only for the first insertion and after that, e/m codes would be used for those services.
