Wiki Pessary insertion

Pt. came in 2 weeks ago complaining of discharge/odor. Per Dr's recommendations, she removed the pessary and gave it to the pt. Results were positive for an infection and pt. is now returning for insertion. My question is, do I bill a low office visit or no charge?
