Pt came in- temporary pessary was fitted and placed. She walked around the office, etc etc- it fit well so they removed the temp and ordered one for her. She came back a week later and they placed the pessary.

Do I bill 57160 for each encounter? The code says fitting AND placement. Do I do a 52 on both dates of service?
