I am reviewing charges for 57160 Fitting and Insertion of Pessary or other intravaginal support device. There is a clinic that is billing the 57160 and a physician is billing it the same day. Since this is done in the physician's office, why would the clinic be billing it? Seems like double dipping to me.

Another question, this same patient has charges for the 57160 5 times in a six month period, 3/26, 4/3, 7/13, 7/23 and 9/11. Is that normal?
