We have a pt that came in for a new pessary. She has had one in the past the did not work, so the md did a fitting and is ordering a new one.

I am getting a claim edit on this of:
CPT A4562 CPT and total units for this service date are medically unlikely for DME related services.

I cannot figure out what this means and what needs to be done. Can anyone help me with this?
