The cardiology office I work for is having a huge issue with BCBS and Medicare regarding the modifier required to bill 78431 and 78434. It is done in our office, so place of
service is 11. Is there anyone else who has been having this issue? We don't seem to be having an issue with all of our other commercial plans, other than they are
requesting records on a few.

Hi CLBIGGS. We just added this service to our practice and we are getting denials from Medicare regarding the modifier. Were you able to resolve this?
