Hello all.
On a Consult or New patient that's missing one of the elements of the PFSH, how do you count it. Since it requires all 3 on consults, do they not get it at all and drops to a PF or drop it on level down? Now I was told that if in order to get counted for PFSH, all 3 areas had to be touched or you don't get it at all....help:eek:
