I have little to no experience with PFT's but looking for a little guidance. I have numerous codes that some appear to be from 2011...I understand there are new codes for 2012. Documentation seems to support the codes I've seen. But in looking at these series of codes I'm looking for a little direction on if anyone that codes PFT's is having success billing these and getting paid or experiencing denials.
The codes initially given were:
94375
94060
94200
94720
94260
94240
94360
94150
Now if the documentation supported the codes would it be correct that this should be coded as:
94375
94200
94726
94729
94150
Again, not coded any PFT's so just seeing with all the changes in 2012 (and there are a lot for this)....does this seem to be correct?
