Does anyone have any PGx allowables from commercial payers they could share with me? I'm attempting to set up chargemasters for a lab and since Medicare is not currently covering these codes, I have been unable to find allowables. I'm looking for codes like 81400-81402, 81479, etc... Any help or anywhere you can point me would be greatly appreciated!! The credentialing is still pending so I do;t have access to private payer fee schedules..... :(
