Two Pharmacy related questions for Hospitals. First, Can anyone share how they are charging for compounded drugs? Second, How is everyone handling the charging for Lidocaine, specifically referring to the use of the correct Jcode based on its use (anesthetic or Cardiac med)? I know this is a CDM related question but it is causing quite the discussion on who determines the use of the drug.
Any insight is appreciated,
