I am looking for a HCPCS code Phasix bioprosthetic mesh. Surgeon repaired large defect from rectal cancer by using a bilateral gracilis muscle flap. The surgeon uses Phasix bioprosthetic mesh to secure this area. Is this billable with 15734?
