I am looking for some information for our Family Practice Residency Program. We have a Dr. (PhD) that sees patients with our residents for family therapy sessions. For our Medicare patients, can the PhD act as a "Teaching Physician"? I have looked on the CMS website and can't find any information. Thanks for any information you can provide.
