Does anyone know if a patient could be brought back 3 days after a 36478 to provide a scan (93970/93971) to rule out DVT on a patient?

Would this be billable?

Thanks in advance

I actually found the answer to my own question. For anyone else wondering, I found an article posted on www.apfsbilling.com under Top 10 Billing mistakes for phlebology.....Follow up ultrasound can be performed to rule out dvt and to ensure closure. They reference 76970 as a valid code. Hope this helps.
