My claims for light box therapy are being processed and paid on the J7308 but totally dropping the 96567 from the claim.
Is anyone else seeing this? The meds are expensive so I'm glad to at least be getting that but I need to figure out why the application code isn't even showing up on the EOBs.

Help please.
