A physician is using a fraxel laser before proceeding with PDT therapy to destroy superficial BCEs. He wants to bill 17283-17286 for large tumors? CPT definition is destruction by laser surgery which is what he is doing......he is just using combination of lasers to do it. Is he limited to 96567 since he is also applying Levulan for photodynamic therapy?
