I am looking for guidance in billing for PHQ, Vanderbilt ADHD and SCARED tools. Do all of these fall under 96127? Should we bill 96127 for 3 units if all these tools are reviewed by provider? What code can we use if provider talks with family regarding the outcome after reviewing these tools? Thank you!
 
96127 is the correct code for all of those tools. However, check with your payer about unit billing--some prefer line billing with mods 59 or 76, again depending on payer preference. You could use an E/M with -25 for the counseling.
