Question 1:

Can I cound these towards other system besides "constitutional", such as NAD towards psy - "mood & effect"?

Constitutional: Awake, alert, NAD

Does obesity fall into this category too? Can I count "Awake, alert, NAD as 2 bullets?

Question 2:

Can I count "organomegally" towards "liver/spleen" in the GI systems or does it have to say "heaptosplenomegally"?

Gastrointestinal: soft, no masses, no organomegally Can I count this as 2 bullets?

Question 3:

Is the below system counted as two bulletes; Palpation & Auscultation?

Cardio: RRR & MRG's
