Is this expanded problem focused or detailed?

On physical exam the patient is an alert, awake, and appropriate man in no acute distress. He is walking slowly with a mild limp. Neurovascularly he is intact. There is no limb length discrepancy. He has no dyspnea. Pupils are equal, round, and reactive. There is no JVD.
