Can anyone assist me in the type of "interpretation and reporting" required when using this code? The PT techs are just using ROM measurements and I'm sure that is insufficient but do am confused as to what type of detail is required for this code.

In instances when separately reporting these codes is appropriate, written documentation of medical necessity in the medical record should reflect the need for each individual service. "
