Medicaid only pays for 97001, Physical Therapy Evaluation, once a year. Is there a way to get them to pay for more than one evaluation per year if the evaluations are for different body areas - Cervical, Lumbar, etc.? Is there a modifier we can use? I appreciate any suggestions.
