Hello! My PT had a couple of visits where it was determined that the patient would not continue their therapy.
No exam, assessment or history was completed so I don't believe the visits would qualify for re-evals.
Can a PT bill 99211 since they did meet with the patient?
I can't find anything that states that a PT can or cannot utilize an E/M code.
Any insight would be very helpful, thank you!

Hi there,
Your PT will know what they can and cannot bill under their state scope of practice.
