We have a patient who presents for physical therapy outpatient at our clinic. He is currently enrolled in Home Health and our claims are denying as part of the HH bundle. However, his HH is approved only for nurse visits. Is there a modifier we can use for billing our therapy visits? Please advise, thank you!
