If you bill 97530 x 2 and 97140 x 1 they are mutually exclusive. We have been asked by the practice to bill 97530 X 3 to certain insurances. The contracts to these insurances do not specify this coding. Where can I find the rules or guidelines if this can be done/ or cannot. I feel like it cannot be done. Any help would be appreciated.
