Wiki Physical Therapy E Visit Modifier

Medicare is allowing physical therapist to perform E visits for codes G2061-G2063 billing once every 7 days. Does anyone know which modifier you need to use? I have tried billing with just a GP modifier, just a CR modifier and everything is getting denied. I have contacted medicare for both these issues and that was the information they gave me, I called again when they both were denied and the last rep stated no modifier is required. Anyone have any experience? Thanks
