Good morning. Can anyone help guide me with how you reconcile ETP Incentives on an ERA. We are processing paper claims due to a software conversion. We are on Webpt and Webpt billing. I just do not understand how to correctly reconcile the incentive payments. This carrier is Ash (Cigna). Since the money is not directly tied to a line item I am unsure of what to do. Thank you for any help or advice you can lend.
